About The Director
Serena Dykman Serena Dykman is a NY-based filmmaker and recent graduate from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Her work, ranging from comedy to drama and documentary, has won her numerous awards, including at the Cannes Film Festival, and has been selected in countless festivals around the world. She wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning shorts The Doorman, Welcome and Bed Bugs & Company on the festival circuit. Her next project Nana is a feature documentary about her grandmother who was an Auschwitz survivor.
