In the riverside neighbourhood of Oporto, all the children prove their courage by jumping from the stunning Luis I Bridge into the Duero River. Leo has never done it before. He is different but he is getting tired of everyone thinking he is a coward.

About The Director
JAVIER MACIPE Javier Macipe studied Audiovisual Communication and specialized in Directing at the School of Cinema of Cuba (EICTV). In his career his work has spanned the fields of fiction and documentary, developing hybrid genres among both these areas in his latest works. In 2014 in Portugal he made his short film Os Menino do rio, which so far has received more than 70 international awards. Currently, Javier is preparing his fiction feature film, a co-production between Spain, Argentina and Germany.
